Don't make them think   To the list

If your goal is to reach a wide audience with your website (and it should be) then you must eliminate obstacles. This is a list of the details that become obstacles if they’re ignored. They’re the things that make visitors stop. And think. And leave your website. And you don’t want that.

This list doesn’t include the really obvious barriers to website accessibility like poor coding, large image files and busy backgrounds, because you should already know about them. This is a list of the picky details you tend to forget in the heat of finishing a site.

Note: If you’d like to save the file with your responses included, you should use Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader, which is free). You can, however, print the file with your responses in Acrobat Reader.
